Easytruckpark.ca – Safety Guidelines Last Updated: August 15, 2025 At Easytruckpark.ca, your safety—and the safety of your property, customers, and community—is our top priority. These guidelines are designed to help all users (both Property Owners/Hosts and Drivers/Guests) create a secure, respectful, and trustworthy environment when using our platform across Canada. 1. General Safety Principles Follow all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations when listing, booking, or using a parking space. Treat all users with respect regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or other personal attributes. Harassment, threats, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. No illegal activities (e.g., transporting prohibited goods, controlled substances, stolen property) are permitted on listed properties. 2. For Property Owners / Hosts Accurate Listings Provide clear, truthful descriptions of your parking space, including size, accessibility, and any restrictions (height limits, hazardous materials, etc.). Safe Environment Maintain your property so it is safe for truck parking and manoeuvring—free from hazards, obstructions, or unsafe structures. Lighting & Visibility If possible, provide adequate lighting for nighttime access, especially in rural or remote areas. Security Measures Consider installing cameras, fencing, or controlled access gates to enhance safety. Clear Signage Post directional or identification signs where needed to help drivers find the correct space. 3. For Drivers / Guests Follow Property Rules Comply with all posted and communicated rules from the property owner. Safe Driving Drive cautiously, maintain low speeds on private property, and avoid causing damage to surrounding property or vehicles. Load & Cargo Safety Secure your truck and cargo before leaving it unattended. No Unauthorized Activities Do not engage in maintenance, repairs, or other activities unless explicitly approved by the property owner. Report Concerns Promptly Notify Easytruckpark.ca or the property owner immediately if you encounter a safety hazard. 4. Communication & Check-In Pre-Arrival Coordination Contact the property owner in advance if special accommodations are needed. Identification Be ready to provide booking confirmation and personal identification upon arrival. Contact Methods Keep your phone or other communication device available during arrival and departure. 5.
